have you tried calling any of the surplus suppliers. might be one of them might have a cover

waht about having one made at sheet meatal shop?

residential 3R panel. the whole neighbor hood had these types of panels so I borrowed the dead front from a Neighbor and took to a sheet meatal shop and had a copy made? only cost me $50.00
I know it is not ul listed but what the heck.

Never measured it. I just looked at the label and wrote the cover number down. I will, however, be back there Friday tidying the electrical up so the place can be sold.

I can't help you but I had the same problem with a Homeline panel made in 2000 that I couldn't get a panel cover for.:roll: Luckily all it needed was a latch. I was able to steal that from another door, I added a little hammering for flatness, and a fresh coat of gray paint. Whala! You have a new door!
