Square D surge protector

Hello. I am looking to install a Square D HEPD80 Surge protector. No space on panel. Really dont want to connect directly to buss (ring terminals) and double tap breaker.

Can I use quad breaker to do this install?

This is what I have (attach picture). I was going to go for one of the top ones. I'm thinking the top right. I could do a 30/30 quad.
