Square foot estimate using mc cable.

We are bidding a 10,000 sf day care business. It can be done using mc cable. Rooms are very basic , and just flouresant lite fixtures, nothing fancy. 400 amp / 3 phase service. We do alot of apartment complexes that we use romex on, but haven't bid other facilities that use all mc. If you have a general sf. Price line, that would give me a little head start. All on one level, with 8' high drywall ceilings. Ron

I did a fellowship hall a few months ago that was a little over 3000 sq ft. I wound up using 1000ft per 1000 sq ft. I had long home runs with panels on one end and a kitchen with dedicated circuits for two refg. and ice maker.
I will say that MC-AP is the way to go. Speeds up the install.
