Looks like a 3 phase, 4-wire, 240/120 volt Delta secondary so no 208 unless you try to use the high leg.

That transformer has a 240V delta secondary with a center tap.
You cannot get 208V 3-phase from it.

Do you have a wiring configuration, try to see which phases has 240V and which one had 120V, a 208/120V panel was connected to it.

The nameplate basically shows you the wiring configuration.
240v, X1 to X2, X2 to X3, X1 to X3
208v, X4 to X3
120v, X1 to X4, 120v X2 to X4

If you need 75kva a 753TH SquareD would give you 208Y/120

There are any rules that X1 and X2 cannot exceed certain amp. rating vs. X3?

The secondary can be a:
High leg 3-phase 4 wire.
Corner grounded 3- phase 3-wire
Ungrounded delta 3- phase 3- wire

Depending on your three phase load (s) you may want to run a GEC to X-4 with a SBJ in the transformer.
With only three wires and an SSBJ secondary.

The netural rating for these usually around 5 to 8 % of it kva rating.

Should be listed some where on the trans.

I can not find the information to support this. At least not yet

I'll keep looking.
