Long shot here, but figured what the heck.
We have a commercial customer in the St. Peter's area who is lighting their facility with track lighting. They also have a number of recessed 2x2's for additional ambient light. In most of their locations throughout the country, they use an emergency battery backup in the recessed fixture and they are allocated throughout the facility as you would expect. Maybe 1/4 to 1/3 of the total fixtures contain emergency capabilities.
In St. Peters however we have found that 100% of the 2x2 fixtures contain emergency battery backup drivers (roughly 160 in total). I am curious as if there is something I am missing?
Does anyone have experience in this region who can provide some insight?
