how grounding a system stabilize the current
and why in ungrounded system first fault grounds the ungrounded system and donot open the overcurrent device
 
In a solidly grounded system the first connection to earth, and all the parts of the electrical system that are uninsulated, is intentional.
In an ungrounded system the first connection is accidental. Either way you won't trip a breaker until a second connection to the grounded parts of the electrical system occurs.
