Stacked Washer/Dryer

Im working on a salon. The architect has on here a "Stacked washer/dryer combo". They don't have one selected yet. I was curious, how do I show this for load calculation purposes? Should I use 5000VA+1500VA?

Also, do these usually require one 30A/2 receptacle or is the washer/dryer powered separately?

I have seen stack units require a DP 30 amp circuit and a 20 amp for the washer. I have also seen them require just a DP 30 amp circuit. I have also seen washer that require 240V. There are a lot of different units out there. I would calculate using 1500 watts for the washer and 5000 for the dryer since I believe the code requires the 1500 watts for the washer anyway.
