Standard Equipment Sizes

I usually use this forum for code questions however im working out of the office today.

Im working on a layout for a relatively small electrical room with some large equipment.

Does anyone have a sheet or resource for some standard sizes on equipment? Specifically im looking for the LxWxH for a:

-1600A service CT cab
-800A service CT cab
-1600A switch
-800A MDP

Any help would be appreciated.

Any brand name electrical panel manufacture has all the sizes on line you just have to seek.
