is standard load calc a good methods calc for sizing the service of a 11- unit apartment bldg
the total ltg. /small appliance load is 8000 VA
no air condition
no laundry


1st 3000 @ 100%. 3000VA
120000 -3000 @ 35%. 40950 VA

totoal connected load. 43950 vA
or. 183 amp

How about if it was 22-unit instead of 11-unit

with total of 16000 VA of gen.ltg, small appliance still no a.c and no laundry

Do these units have a lot of gas appliances?

No electric range, heat, WH.

Also:

No AC in LA, strange.
