Standard Voltages in Panama?

I'd like to know what the standard voltages are in Panama with respect to industrial plant design.

medium voltage distribution = 13.8kV?
medium voltage distribution = 4.16kV?
low voltage 3 phase = 240V?
low voltage 1 phase = 120V?

Have you googled it? If you did it may be an answer that you didn't want to hear as the are no standards.
But, then again, you were not specific as to you are asking the question either.

My ex partner and I did a project that went down there (I didn't go however). Pretty much all of Central America is 120/240 single phase, 240 3 phase. I'm not sure what the MV levels are though, we didn't do anything MV down there. But being that panama in particular fell under US control for so long with the Canal Zone, I can't imagine that anyone did anything exotic.
