Your schematic works fine but theres a much easier way to do the same thing,less wire,less hardware,less potential problem with less connections.

Delete stop button from your schematic and have the stop function done with the 3 position selector center off as you have it located in the schematic. Delete the Jog Button and have the jog function also accomplished with the selector. Jog position would be momentary spring return center,,,,,,motor cannot seal in, in the Jog mode.

Select run and hit the start button.

Thanks Dick I understand

There always several ways to skin a cat.I just drew what I have worked on and installed in the pass. I prefere the stop button for an emergency and jog button for jogging.Although you could use just the selector.

For sure there are many ways,this circuit could be made even simpler yet by deleting both the start button and seal in contact and use the selector for all functions.
