Static Ground Bonding

I am looking for NEC info on ground Bonding for product loading arms at loading racks. Petrochemical/Fuel racks such as Rail car and Tank truck loading facilities. Specifically, static protection around the swivel joints in the loading arms? Also, all non-metallic vapor hoses do need static protection?

Ain't none in the NEC. Gotta look to a manufacturing standard.

Try NFPA 77 - Recommended Practice on Static Electricity - 2000 version. There are drawings and such that might be just what you are looking for.
