Steam shower generator for dummies

Hi everyone!

My husband and I are planning to renovate the bathroom and want to install a shower steam generator there. I understand that we can't do this ourselves, but we need to somehow sort out this topic so that the workers don't deceive us.
What do you recommend starting the research and what to search in general? What generators do you recommend?

I would recommend talking to your plumbing as they are the ones that usually supply them. Maybe someone here has experience with a particular brand. I have wired a few but I don't recall the brands.
