The entire panel load will then be on one of the three line-to-line phases, but as long as the imbalance is OK, it meets the OP's request.

Distributing the single phase load across all three service phases requires a Leyton hookup.

:thumbsup: thats,what 99% of us would do 99% of the time. Arguably, your service isn't perfectly balanced anyway, so connecting this to the two lowest phases will bring you closer to balance
