Step up xformer

I have a 240volt 30amp 3000watt "appliance", designed for 2 pole single phase.
I Need to find a buck/ boost transformer to step the 208volts to 240 volts. Any links/ideas?

Any electrical supply house can get them for you. Just make sure you know exactly what you need. The link from Winnie is a good place to start.
Dont get all freaked out if you find out you need one much smaller than 3kva.

You have conflicting information here. 240 volts times 30 amps gives you 7200 watts. That is not even close to 3000.
