Does the marking of "W" constitute "listed as sunlight resistant" per NEC 310.10(D)?

I would expect the cable to be marked or the datasheet to specifically state sunlight resistant.

W means Wet (most of those codes are in Art 400), you'll have to check the datasheet for sunlight resistance but some cables are also marked for that.

W is weather AND water resistant. Weather is sunlight, ozone, rain, etc. Need to look closely at the ICEA specs for more details on testing. When you get into tray cable it actually says “sunlight resistant for CT (cable tray) use” on the jacket.
