Doing a 2 tenant building. Each tenant has two entrances and each entrance will have an Electric Sign mounted on the building.

Was just reviewing article 600 and have the following questions:

Does each sign have to have a dedicated circuit. Would like two circuits with two signs on each circuit. i.e. one circuit per tenant.

Must I have an outlet as per 600.5. Why is not hard wiring an option? Or is it?

And will a toggle switch suffice as my disconnecting means?

One 20A min branch cir per tenent space as per 600.5(A)

Your confusing receptacle outlet and outlet.

For a 20A branch circuit, for sure.
