Electrical room someone ran 8” secondary storm drain line through electrical equipment room. Does it need to be relocated?

Ok the scenario is this is hospital and electrical room has critical care branch and contractor ran storm water pipe above dedicated space.
So it would still be okay?

Post 3 not above dedicated space. = no problem
Post 5 above dedicated space = problem IF, as infinity told you, its above the dedicated space above the equipment.
Example: 12" deep elecrtrical cabinet. mounted to the wall... IF the pipe is in that 12" envelope above the cabinet it must be addressed. if it's not as in 14" off the wall thus not over the cabinet, then ignore it.

It can't be in dedicated space.
If above dedicated space it could require drip pan or secondary containment of some sort if there is much risk for leakage or even risk of condensation to drip from it onto the electrical equipment.
