Strain Relief for Plug and Cord

I have an installation where electrical receptacles are flush mounted in an acoustical lay-in ceiling. Some refrigerators will plug into these receptacles. Can anyone recommend a strain relief system for the refrigerator plug and cords that are made for this type of installation?

I have seen the strain relief grips in areas without a ceiling where the strain relief mechanism is anchored from the building structure. However, in this area which has a acoustical lay-in ceiling I am looking for a good solution and wondering how the strain relief system wound be anchored? Through the lay-in ceiling attached to the structure?

Any suggestions or links to strain relief systems for will be appreciated.

Previously addressed in MH, almost exactly the same situation. http://forums.mikeholt.com/showthread.php?t=100054

In there the OP mentions "Amtec" as his strain relief, search for that, there is also a link to a Kelly's version. If it were me however (an issue not raised it that thread), I would anchor the drop box at a corner, not in mid span of a t-bar. Murphy's law says that at some point, some idiot will try to unplug your drop cord by yanking on the cord rather than calling an electrician to disconnect the strain relief and in his first attempt he will bend that t-bar.
