I find it better across the board for most types of industrial work.
I have heard some Electrical shop formen say " Solid core wire is easier to terminate."
I wonder why they say this?/? It must be just about what they are used to terminating.I do not find it easier.
Solid core is not good for flex conduit whips or putting crimp connectors on.
For what we do here, I do not keep solid core in the shop. It is useful in some cases.
