I've never encountered this type of pecker head before and searching online didn't yield anything helpful. How do I go about wiring this motor with single phase 120v?

Are those the only terminals? Do you know where the capacitor is?

K1 and K2 suggest contactors to me.

I would want to be sure before applying power.

With those jumpers already in there, seems one lead to the left pair one lead to the right pair. Top or bottom terminal screws doesn't matter as they are linked together.

Add: moving links is very likely how you reverse rotation, still would need one supply conductor to each linked set though.
