Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help me troubleshoot what's going on with my electrical system. I have a GFCI exterior outlet, in a circuit with three interior outlets. They are all not working right now, I've tried flipping the breaker many times, for every single breaker.

What I've tried: I've replaced the exterior GFCI outlet, with no luck. With both the original outlet and the replacement, I cannot reset the outlet, no matter how hard I push. When I tested the wiring with my voltmeter, I can detect 120 volts when I test the live wire and the ground, and 50 v when I test the neutral and the ground. I detect 0 volts when I'm testing the live and the neutral wire.

Does anyone have any recommendations for what I should try next?
