Strapping emt

We have a ground mount solar with 100 solar edge inverters, the underground is in pvc we are transitioning to emt it's about 2 feet from ground to inverter disconnect, since it is less then 3 feet do I have to strap (secure) my emt thanks

It's a gray area, and that is why I asked on the previous thread that I linked. It seems the consensus of that discussion is yes.

I would for the rigid(however, in that case the box itself would require a support), but for the OP it appears that the PVC/EMT transition is above grade and I would require a support for the EMT.
