i recently moved from cleveland ohio to palm beach florida, and i am "adjusting" to the ways things are done down here. tie wire seems to be the choice of many contractors for strapping emt. in cleveland i was always taught that this was illegal. 358.30 just says the pipe needs to be securely fastened. is this a legal practice or just a cheap one?
