String wires in a 4000 amps service

I have 10 sets of 600 kcmil wires.
Somewhere here I read that is a way to tie the wires with string or rope in a 4000 amps service to limit the vibration of the cables.I had a PDF with all the information to do so but i can not find.

Usually you only tie the conductors if required by the manufacturer for high fault current levels.

I thought it's a good idea to limit induced vibration.
