Installing 3 different services on a strip mall. Two of them are for tenant spaces and one for house lighting. All three have their own ct cabinet and disconnect. It's my understanding that all three must be tied/bonded to the same grounding electrode system. What would be the best way to do this?

Are you fortunate enough to have a common electrode such as building steel or water lines meeting the requirement of 250.68 ?

Have you noted 250.30(A)(6). Some of the strip malls I've inspected call for a common grounding electrode conductor due to multiple SD systems.

I do have both building steel & metal water piping. With the metal water pipe would I have to run all three bond wires to within 5' of entry or is it exceptable anywhere on the piping system?

Take a look at 250.68(C)(1) & (C)(2). If either fit the requirements you should be able to bond close to each service.

Once you establish a ges you bond each service to one of the electrodes,
250.50
