Structural calculations for a utility transformer?

I am being asked to a provide a cutsheet for a 1 MVA utility pad mount transformer. This is because the plan checker believes this installation falls under his purview and wants to see structural calcs and anchorage details for the installation.

In my career, I have never had to provide a cutsheet for this nor do I ever remember getting a structural engineer involved for a utility transformer installation. I realize utility rules vary but do any of you ever recall needing to provide structural calcs for a utility transformer installation?

Sounds like this is a POCO transformer, in that case its out of your domain. Its another hoop to jump thru in that you will need to contact the POCO and get a letter or drawing for something that is not yours.
