While they are not required to be listed, they are required to comply with 352.30.

352.30 Securing and Supporting. PVC conduit shall be installed as a complete system as provided in 300.18 and shall be fastened so that movement from thermal expansion or contraction is permitted. ...

A standard strut strap that clamps tightly to the PCV conduit does not comply.

I can tell you those are not listed for PVC but they do let it move.

The cost is about five times a standard clamp.

The trick will be locking the clamps tight to the strut but still loose on the PVC.
