I was chatting with a friend and this question came up...
The situation is an in-law type setting that is a large bedroom/living space, an attached bathroom, and an integrated kitchenette, basically just a counter, a sink, and a range.
In this situation, under 2005 code cycle, would the outlets in the "kitchen" have to be AFCI protected?
