I think they are looking at three 120 volt line to neutral 25 kVA loads, but a very poor question.

Still doesn't make sense…
total 45 kVA, with 25 kVA PER PHASE. Three phases @25 kVA per phase is 75 total.
two is 50 kVA

Makes more sense… then it basically asks “what is the full load rating of a 45kVA XF?”
15,000/120=125
45000/(208*1.732) = 125

OP says it should be 15 kVA. Three phases would be 45 kVA
that is full load.
question is silly or there is more wrong information given.

So which is the correct number?? 25, 15, or 5 kVA
