Here's a tough one. . . .

I took the picture off the top of a ladder. That's an AHU to the right, and a 'wall' on the left they built to hide it. Its physically impossible to get inside there and access it, unless you're 10" wide.

So what's the problem? It appears "accessible"? Just use a listed handle extension, through the lattice?
