I have a 200 amp panel in the house.I want to install a 100 amp feeder to the pole barn about 30 feet away.
I am going to install 1-1/4 pvc from the house to the pole barn.Can I install #4 copper using table 310.15 b 6 or do I have to use 310.16 # 3 copper??????????? 100 amps

A barn is not a dwelling unit so you can't use 310.15(B)(6).

310.15 b 6 only applies to services and main power feeders to dwelling units...
