In a rv park there are 11 services feeding the camper pedestals.The pedestals have there own individual meters on each pedestal.There are approx.100 submeters.Is there a N.E.C. violation to have these sub meters?

The sub meter is OK but is it a standard meter and socket with a permantly bonded neutral? That would be another issue.
