I had posted earlier regarding a sub panel that was installed in an outbuilding. The panel was a 3 wire installation with a driven ground.680.25(B)(1)(2) tells me that pool equipment can be supplied from this panel if requirements of 250.32(B)(1) are met. With that being said, if I need to install another panel in a pool house further back on the property would that install have to be a 4 wire consisting of an insulated EGC and another driven rod at that point? Due to physical restrictions the main service in the house is no longer accessible as far as taking the pool equipment electrical needs from it. Is any wiring between remote panels considered a feeder by definition?
