sub panel bonding

Please see attached sub panel which shows conductor going from equipment grounding bus bar to sub panel enclosure frequently. Just how does one size it if it were a wire?

That is only shown for illustrative purposes. A separate jumper is not required for a ground bar as it is attached directly/electrically to the enclosure.
A bonding jumper for a neutral is a whole other subject.
 
I say, if it is part of the main bonding jumper pathway, use 250.66; if it is not, then use 250.122.

So, just to bond the enclosure, it's merely an equipment-grounding conductor.
 
I have a question along the same lines of you all have time.

2017 NEC articles 250.32 and 250.68 seem to read that if I have a feeder or MWBC supplying AC power to an outlbuilding or structure Sub Panel, it too must have a GE System of its own. I was always taught that if you run the feeder with an EGC included you were covered (EGC and Grounded Conductor not bonded at the sub of course). Have I been wrong this whole time or am I missing something??
