Sub panel calculations

Residential, house has 150 amp service . New attached garage going to put a sub panel. Was planning on a 100 amp breaker to a main lug 125 amp panel. But just found out home owner now want ( other than receptacles and lighting) 60 AMP EV Charger and also a 30 amp outlet for a car lift. Not sure how to calculate this. Would a 100 amp be sufficient. Thanks for any help u could give.
 
I think that would be fine for the garage if the other loads weren't much. But you would need to know the load on the house to see if there is room to send 100A to the garage.
