Sub panel fed off another panel

I have a 120/208V sub panel in a very small switchgear building that has a panelboard with 24 circuits (only 4 ckts are being used for lights and receptacles)
It is not an occupancy or dwelling unit. It’s located an industrial plant.
The panel is fed off a branch circuit from a panelboard in another building approximately 150 feet away.
the sub panel does not have main circuit breaker? Is MLO ok ?

Other issues aside, no, there should be a disco outside or inside nearest the point of entry.

That's because it comes from another building, not another panel.

Exceptions? The branch CB from the main panel is lockable

Okay, I missed that, unless the 6-handles-in-one-enclosure allowance has gone away.

However, the entrance location requirement still applies, if I'm not mistaken.

It depends on what code cycle. It is okay under the Nec 2017 assuming the panel is located near the entry point to the building
