Sub Panel Grounding

House has a 200 amp main Sq. D QO panel in the basement. On the other end of the basement (60')is a 100 sub panel feed from the 200 amp main panel. The 4 wires are ran to it. Do I need to add a ground rod to this sub panel also and run a ground to the water main pipe where I already have my 200 amp main panel hook to? Remember that this is all in the basement of 1 house.

No ground rod nor wire to water pipes is necessary. The 4 wires to the sub are sufficient as long as the ground and neutral are separated.

The answer is no.

Only one grounding electrode system is required per structure. The number of panelboards is not an issue.
