sub panel grounds and neutrals not separated

A customer has a automatic generator set up that was done by a company in 2015. I noticed (and the home inspector noticed) that the sub panel that is fed from the automatic transfer switch has grounds and neutrals together. Is this normal ? Is there a code for a generator panel that directed them ? Looks like a neat job done. Thanks
 
No, a sub-panel in the same structure should never have the G-N bond, regardless of the source.
