sub panel price please

Same place different estimate: I want to install a 3 phase 12 circuit panel next to an existing panel that is packed. I will install a SQ-D MLO panel and protect it with a shunt trip breaker in a panel next to it. Generally speaking, I will be moving existing ckts from one panel to sub panel. (total of 5 20 amp single pole breakers) What should I charge for that?

Enough to recoup your cost of material (plus a decent mark-up), your fixed overhead (license, insurance, vehicles, etc), pay you for your time, and some left over for profit.
