Sub panel proximity to washer machine water outlets?

Newbie here. Is there a minimum distance between water outlets for a washer machine and 125 amp sub-panel?

Installing in residential washroom.

Also, does it matter which direction a NM cable clamp connector is placed in a metallic box?

I was putting the clamp side on the inside of the box, for future needs in case need more wire loosen screws and pull slack between box and cable staple.
