Has anyone used as reference CEATI Report 249 D 541? I'm thinking of purchasing but I want to be sure it is worth it. Most our of design work in with 27.6kV and below but occasionally we get into a 44kV connection. Any other IEEE publications you think may be helpful for a Jr guy trying to learn quickly would be very much appreciated.
