Subfeed Panelboard

Hello forum,

I have main panelboard with a 100A bus and 100A MCB. It will be feeding a subpanel 225A bus with 200A MCB. Feeder wires will sized per 240.4(B). Planning to use #1 AWG. Connected loads on the panel will be less than 100A. Will this be compliant installation?

Depending on the wiring method #3 AWG cu would be code compliant.
