Also, the location the recepatcle a pump is plugged into will require GFCI protection, example, 120v, 15 or 20 amp recp located outdoors must be GFCI protected. And the 2020 NEC increased the requirements for GFCI protection up to 50 amp. Best to review 210.8.

If these arr otterbine aerators, typically they have not had GFCI protection. But look at 680, 682 and 210.
