Submersible rated enclosure and fittings

I have a project that requires the enclosures to be list as submersible for 24 hours, NEMA 6P/X I believe. This is the enclosure that has been purchased for the job http://www.solutionsdirectonline.com/allied/pdf/amu-lift-off-screw-cover-solid.pdf , it is a 12x12x6 fiberglass enclosure that has no conduit hubs or anything of the such. And I have searched for submersible rated PVC fittings and cannot find anything, my question is, how on earth is that box submersible when it is full of holes for my conduit entries ? and what methods would ensure that enclosure retained its submersible rating ?

Any information is appreciated, the enclosures will contain a 120/24v low voltage lighting driver, most entries will be of 1/2 to 3/4 pvc and seal tight.

I am not sure if you can use standard conduit and seal-tite for submersible equipment. But this company sells specialized conduit and fittings for underwater equipment.
