Heatshrink should work. Look for the type that has a sealing compound pre-applied inside for the outer, final sleeve. Use regular heat shrink for the individual conductors with either braised/soldered connection or compression barrel lugs. If it is a critical application they will give you engineering advice. Make sure what - if any - chemical exposure can be expected and that you take that into consdieration.
