Hi, I recently moved into a house where the previous owner installed a subpanel that contains most of the lower-voltage interior circuits. Besides having a bonded neutral (which I've already fixed), ALL of the individual circuits' neutral and ground wires are connected to the Main panel's bonded bus bars. I can't actually think of why this would cause any problems other than taking up a lot of space in the main panel, but is this code-compliant, or do I have to move all the neutrals and grounds to the subpanel where the breakers are? Thanks for any guidance.
