subpanel distance off the floor

I believe subpanels have to have three feet of clearance around them but don't know the distance to the bottom of the panel off the floor as specified by code.

Thanks for info, but can you detail what the maximum height to the breaker panels is. If there is no minimum height off the floor, does that really mean I could position this subpanel, say, 12 inches off the floor in this laundry room where I will install it.

There is no min. height off the floor as per nec max. height pertains to the top of the breaker handle at 6 ft 7 in max,and as long as you maintain 30 inch side and 36 in. back unobstructed working clearance your fine,just a question why 12 inches off the floor ?????
