Subpanel EGC

I run subpanels with 4-wire even when running EMT. I ran into a 3-wire (in EMT) subpanel and I can't find an NEC violation except that there isn't a bonded bushing with 10 ga copper minimum EGC (from Table 250-122). Is this correct?

It may be correct (that you can't.) See 250.96 & 97 for starters.

Since this is not a service and emt is an acceptable egc then no bonding bushing is required.

Thanks for the pointer to 250.96. It's 240V so 250.97 doesn't apply.

Correct and often even with 277 and above you can meet the conditions of 250.97 without a bonding bushing.
