subpanel neutral and ground

we all know that in a subpanel in the same structure we dont connect grounds and neutrals but could somebody give me a 2002 nec reference thanks.

250-24(5). Locations where a grounding connection would be allowed after the main would be locations such as separately derived system or separate buildings meeting specific conditions. 250-30(A) and 250-32.
